Ms. Davidson has held Associate positions at global executive search firms Boyden International and SpencerStuart. At these two global firms, she was involved in recruiting senior leadership in the consumer, manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and nonprofit sectors. She also served as Vice President of Executive Recruitment at Bank of America. As Director of Executive Search for the Bridgespan Group, Donna was instrumental in recruiting executive directors and other key leadership positions in finance, communications, knowledge and in programmatic areas for foundations and nonprofit organizations. She holds a Master's degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts from Mississippi University for Women.
